Make sure you try the Peking Duck. The meat is perfectly moist and smoky, and the skin is superbly crispy.
The Hong Kong-style Dim Sum is another must-try. My favorite is the soft-boiled quail egg inside a Kurobuta Pork dumpling with black truffle. A perfect bite and simply divine.
